Shipping & Payments
All stock is held in New Zealand. We do not dropship our products.
You want your order quickly, so we dispatch it within one working day. If you place your order before 12pm your item/s will be dispatched on the same day. We do not send orders out on weekends or public holidays.
We’ll send you an email to let you know your order has been sent. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address, or we can’t be responsible for an un-delivered order.
Delivering in New Zealand
You get free delivery for orders over $100 (after any discounts deducted).
Shipping costs $5 flat rate for orders under $100. Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so you will need to provide a physical address.
Deliveries by courier take 1-3 working days after dispatch, with additional days for rural deliveries. Sometimes other delivery methods may be used, but the shipping charges will stay the same.
International Customers
Australia : $15 flat rate by International Airmail Tracked, 3 to 10 working days
Rest of World : $25 flat rate by International Airmail Tracked, 3 to 10 working days
Currency and payment
All our prices are in NZ dollars, including GST.
You may pay by Mastercard, Visa or debit card. For credit card payments, we ask for your card’s security code – the three-digit number on the back.
